When the City of Albany ripped up Delaware Avenue last summer, no cost was spared for the ARRA-backed project. The project paved the road, replaced sidewalks and curbs, planted new trees, installed new crosswalks that “look” like bricks, fixed up the sewers, and more. ..including new street signs?

Gruber was contracted by HHS for $297,600 to provide “technical assistance” evaluating the various health reform proposals. [...]
